Mr Ayo Olayinka is an organizational strategist with demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling and product design in Sub Sahara Africa. He has over 20 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant, and investment analyst with a passion for promoting opportunities, financial structuring and capacity building.
He obtained his bachelor’s in Management and Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife in 1988 and an ACA in 1992. He is a finance expert specializing in Structured Finance. His working career started as a commodity trader for a Nigeria Company; Universal Trading Company in 1989 before proceeding to do commodity export with a privately held Nigerian company.
He served in some local banks and an international bank in various business development roles retiring in 2010 as a Project Director in Standard Chartered Bank. Sequel to that he was the head of Structured Finance in ENSEC, a Nigerian specialized Energy Sector Finance and Advisory firm.
